Privacy Policy

Keeper is a life admin tracking service operated by a sole proprietor based in Florida, USA. When this policy says “we”, “us”, or “Keeper”, it means the individual operating this service.

• Account information: name, email address, password (hashed by Supabase, we never see it)
• Item data: renewal dates, expiry dates, providers, notes you enter
• Documents: files you upload (insurance cards, passports, etc.) stored encrypted in Supabase Storage
• Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Usage data: basic analytics via PostHog (page views, feature usage) to improve the product

• To provide the Keeper service and send you reminders
• To process payments via Stripe
• To improve the product via anonymized analytics
• We never sell your data to third parties
• We never use your data for advertising

When you upload a document, it is sent to Anthropic's Claude API for data extraction. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing. Documents are not stored by Anthropic. We only send documents you explicitly choose to upload.

• Data stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security — only you can access your data
• Documents encrypted at rest in Supabase Storage
• Hosted on Vercel (US infrastructure)
• Payments processed by Stripe (PCI compliant)

• Your data is kept as long as your account is active
• You can export your data at any time from Settings
• You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings → Danger Zone
• Deletion is permanent and immediate
• Uploaded documents are retained as long as your account is active. We reserve the right to remove documents from accounts that have been inactive for 24 or more months — we will always send a notification email before doing so.

We use essential cookies only — for authentication (keeping you logged in) and theme preference. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

• Vercel — application hosting
• PostHog — product analytics
• OneSignal — push notifications

We may update this policy occasionally. Significant changes will be notified by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
