Terms of Service

By using Keeper you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

Keeper is a personal life admin tracking tool. It helps you track renewal dates and expiry dates and sends you reminders. It is not a financial, legal, or insurance service.

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure
• You must be 18 or older to use Keeper
• One account per person

You agree not to:

• Use Keeper for illegal purposes
• Upload content you don't have rights to
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Abuse or overload the service

• Free plan is free forever with limitations
• Paid plans billed monthly via Stripe
• Cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

• You own your data
• You grant us permission to process it to provide the service
• We do not claim ownership of anything you upload
• Uploaded documents are stored for as long as your account remains active. We reserve the right to remove uploaded documents from accounts inactive for 24 or more months, with prior email notice.

Document extraction uses Anthropic's Claude API. AI extraction is not guaranteed to be accurate. Always verify extracted dates before relying on them.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for missed renewals or deadlines due to service outages. Keeper is a reminder tool, not a guarantee.

Keeper is provided as-is. The operator's liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
